Description

Omegon Binoculars Brightsky 22x70 - 90° with Case

A versatile instrument for both day and night, designed to help you explore nature in all its forms. Whether you want to observe a deer at dusk, spot distant ships, or gaze at stars and planets, these Brightsky binoculars are true all-rounders. Their large, tempered lenses gather plenty of light, offering clear and sharp images, even of faraway subjects. Choose between a 45° or 90° viewing angle depending on your preference.

The included case is solid and extremely robust, with a custom-fit plastic insert, two secure fasteners, and a sturdy carrying handle for easy transport and storage.

Main features:

  • 90° angled eyepieces offer relaxed, comfortable viewing for astronomical observations, especially near the zenith

  • Interchangeable eyepieces let you use your own 1.25" eyepieces and customize magnification

  • Waterproof and nitrogen-filled for reliable use in any weather, always delivering clear images, even in humid conditions

  • Lightweight magnesium housing makes the binoculars easy to carry on any adventure

  • Fully multi-coated optics prevent reflections, resulting in a brilliant, sharp image

Focusing System

Focus adjustment is smooth and precise, thanks to separate helical focusers for each eyepiece. This ensures you achieve crisp and sharp images every time.

Wide-Angle Eyepieces

Two 18mm wide-angle flat-field eyepieces offer an impressive, immersive view. With a 65° apparent field, you can see more of the sky or landscape at once. The flat-field design ensures the image remains sharp across the entire field of view.

Interchangeable Eyepieces

This model lets you swap out the eyepieces at any time. Use other 1.25" astronomical eyepieces to adjust the magnification to your needs.

Tip: Two zoom eyepieces with variable magnification can be a valuable addition to your binoculars.

Filter Thread for Custom Viewing

Each eyepiece accepts standard 1.25" filters, allowing you to tailor your observations. For example, you can use city light filters to improve the contrast of astronomical nebulae, or gray filters for more comfortable moon watching. Most binoculars with fixed eyepieces do not offer this feature.

Binocular Vision for Enhanced Observation

These binoculars provide a telescope-like experience but allow you to observe with both eyes. This creates a more vivid, relaxed, and natural viewing experience.

Lightweight Magnesium Construction

Despite their large lenses, the magnesium body keeps these binoculars lightweight yet strong. You can bring them along on every trip without extra burden.

90° Viewing Angle

The 90° angled eyepieces are ideal for astronomers who want to observe objects high in the sky, close to the zenith. This design offers a comfortable posture, allowing you to enjoy extended observing sessions and see more detail.

Easy to Handle and Mount

A thoughtfully designed carrying handle on top gives you a secure grip and makes assembly easy. You can mount the binoculars on a tripod quickly and safely.

Tip: For the best experience, use a sturdy tripod with a video head or fork mount. A stable, practical mount makes observations much more enjoyable.
