Description

ZEISS Camera Axiocam 705 pol (D), 5 MP, Monochrome, CMOS, 2/3", USB 3.0, 3.45 µm, 60 fps (78513 / 426560-9070-000)

ZEISS Axiocam Family – Tailored for Scientific Microscopy

ZEISS microscope cameras are specifically developed for research, scientific imaging, and documentation. Unlike standard photography or industrial cameras, these models are optimized for microscopy applications, offering carefully balanced combinations of pixel size, resolution, sensitivity, and frame rate.

ZEISS Axiocam 705 pol – 5 Megapixel Polarization Camera

The Axiocam 705 pol is a scientific 5-megapixel camera designed for polarization imaging. It features a specialized sensor with an integrated polarization filter mask, allowing polarization parameters such as angle and degree of polarization to be captured in a single image. No additional analyzer in the microscope is required.

With this technology, polarization effects across the entire field of view can be recorded simultaneously, enabling extremely fast imaging without the need for mechanical filter rotation or additional accessories.
