ZEISS Axiocam 712 Color – Universal 12 Megapixel Microscope Camera

The Axiocam 712 color combines a large image sensor, small pixel size, accurate color reproduction, and high imaging speed. Its 12-megapixel CMOS sensor captures more than 20 frames per second across a large field of view with a 17.5 mm image diagonal. This allows extensive sample areas to be recorded quickly without compromising image quality.

The large field of view significantly reduces the number of tile images required when scanning large specimens, making tiled imaging workflows faster and more efficient. The camera delivers artifact-free images with optimized color fidelity, providing a comfortable alternative to traditional eyepiece observation.
