The LT-4100S GMDSS System is an Iridium satellite communication solution designed to meet all GMDSS requirements for SOLAS vessels while providing true global coverage.

The system is fully compliant with the latest GMDSS standard IEC 61097-16 (2019) and is MED/Wheelmark approved.

The LT-4100S is compact and space-saving, with no requirement for an additional message terminal or printer. The system supports Iridium GMDSS services, high-quality dual-channel voice communication, and IP data connectivity.

An integrated GNSS/GPS receiver enables tracking functionality and outputs NMEA 0183 position data. The system can interface with external BAM and ECDIS systems. The antenna unit may be installed up to 500 meters away from the control unit.

The standard LT-4100S GMDSS package includes a control unit with bracket mount, handset with cradle, antenna unit, and power cable. This standard configuration fulfills all basic GMDSS requirements. Additional functions such as SSAS, GMDSS alarm panels, and printer support require the LT-3140S Interface Unit.
