The HM685 supports both analogue and digital operation, making it an ideal choice for users transitioning from analogue to digital systems with minimal disruption and investment.
Innovative design
Compact and lightweight, the HM685 is easy to install, remove, and operate in vehicles. The front panel uses two-shot molding to improve visual recognition and usability. The transflective display remains easy to read in both low-light conditions and direct sunlight. Below the display, four piano-style keys provide excellent tactile feedback for confident operation.
Wireless connection
With an optional built-in Bluetooth 5.0 module, the HM685 can be used with Bluetooth audio accessories to enhance safety and productivity during in-vehicle communication. The radio can also be programmed wirelessly via Bluetooth, saving time and resources. This feature is available only on the Bluetooth-enabled HM685 version.
Crystal-clear audio
The HM685 delivers outstanding audio clarity in noisy urban streets or on highways. AI-based noise cancellation removes echoes and background sounds such as engine and horn noise, ensuring clear speech transmission. Howling suppression prevents feedback between two radios in the same vehicle, allowing uninterrupted communication while on the move.
Superior durability
Designed for demanding environments, the HM685 operates reliably in extreme temperatures and withstands shock and vibration. It meets MIL-STD-810G standards and IP54 requirements for dust and water resistance. The secure 10-pin aviation connector ensures a stable connection between the palm microphone and the radio, preventing accidental disconnection. The palm microphone cable features excellent elasticity, enhancing durability and extending service life.
