This telescope is a newly developed model from GSO, now available at a more accessible price point. It is particularly well-suited for astrophotography because it uses a pure reflection system, which eliminates chromatic aberration. The optical design features a hyperbolic primary mirror and a convex hyperbolic secondary mirror, resulting in a coma-free image and a wide field of view. The open tube design and quartz mirrors ensure rapid cooling and minimal issues with dew. This system is also suitable for infrared photography.
