Motorola Remote Ethernet Control Head (RECH) with a Roman language configuration and a rechargeable design.
The Remote Ethernet Control Head can be mounted either on a trunnion or using a DIN mount and connects to a transceiver through an RJ50 cable.
With an IP67 protection rating, the control head is built for use in harsh outdoor environments. It is suitable for installations such as trunnion mounting on motorcycles or boats, where exposure to dust, water, and weather conditions is expected.
The remote TETRA control heads feature 15 programmable buttons that allow quick access to frequently used functions. Each unit includes a clearly marked emergency button designed to prevent accidental activation, as well as a large dual-function rotary knob used for volume control and talkgroup selection. To reduce training time, the user interface is designed to closely match Motorola’s range of portable radios.
When used with the Dual Remote transceiver model, remote control heads can be installed up to 80 metres apart.
