Difference Between WAVE PTX Standard and WAVE PTX Safeguard

The WAVE PTX Safeguard option includes all standard WAVE PTX functions and adds advanced capabilities such as Emergency Calling and Alerting, Remote User Check, Ambient Listening, Discrete Listening, User Enable and Disable, and Location-Based Temporary Groups. Some of these features require the WAVE PTX Dispatcher.

Explanation of “SIM Free”

The TLK110 is available in two versions. One model includes a pre-installed SIM, with data service provided through the WAVE PTX subscription and coverage limited to the EU, EFTA, and the UK, depending on network conditions. The SIM-free version allows you to insert your own SIM card and use a separate mobile data service.
