Jotron Antenna Procom CXL3-1LW 118-137MHz (91794)

The CXL 3-1LW is a vertically polarized, omnidirectional base station antenna designed for the 118-137 MHz civil aircraft band. It uses a broad-banded half-wave dipole design and is equipped with a lightweight “LW” mast mount made from epoxy-coated aluminum with stainless steel fittings. The antenna can be mounted on either vertical or horizontal mast tubes with an outer diameter of 16 to 54 mm. The cable can be routed either inside or outside the mast tube, depending on your installation needs.

A conical fiberglass tube with very low wind resistance encloses the radiating element, ensuring long-lasting and dependable operation in all weather conditions. All metal parts are DC-grounded to reduce noise from atmospheric discharges, resulting in a DC-short across the coaxial cable. The CXL 3-1LW is lightweight, vibration-proof, corrosion-resistant, and built for modern base station use.
